Yes....that's right...a family outing to the tropics. Lazy River, pools, and water slides....with the ice still hanging on the trees! It was a wonderful respite for the girls especially...... and it is all just a 15 minute drive down Rt 16 at the newly refurbished and upgraded Cherry Valley Lodge! (Eat your heart Sam and Wes!) I'm guessing they don't have the likes of this over there in Turkey or even within close reach of Little Eloise.....YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO COME HERE FOR A VISIT!
The BIG attraction at CoCo Beach is the three water slides that start with a 3 story climb (good for Grandpa's workout regimen!) and then...THE RUSH...of swirling down theseL O N G tubes that actually run on the outside of the building..and the subsequent SPLASH into the POOL. Needless to say.... talking the girls into such a heart pounding experience was not an easy task. One HUGE factor tipped the scale to GET aggreemet to try it. The picture would appear on our blog to be seen in Incirlik Turkey by her Dad! And who was the first to try....the ever adventuresome Addy....who is seen above on her (our) maiden voyage!
Not to be outdone...Zoe launched out on the treacherous journey...ALONE!
....AND A GOOD TIME WAS HAD BY ALL!...(especially Grandma and Grandpa who love every opportunity we can get to put smiles on Granddaughter's faces!)
