It would be a far trek from there but that CorkScrew Swamp nature area is nice too. Near Bonita
Springs south of where you are staying. The Myaaka St Park near Sarasota is nice too.
Sounds like a real "vacation" those are nice and necessary once in a while. Hope you are having good weather. Cold here again today but gorgeous blue sky.
